Steady progress in lean 5S management


1. Careful planning and establishment of organizational system guarantee

2. Held a kick-off meeting for full mobilization

On October 16, 2019, the “Lean 5S Project Management Initiation Meeting” of Fuling Electric was successfully held in Fuling Building. Chairman Zhong Zhibing explained and mobilized the project plan and promotion plan, and carried out related mobilization work for each team.

3. Training first, strengthening lean 5S management concepts, methods and tools

4. Pilot pilots to build a model area

In order to quickly motivate employees, after the start-up meeting, representatives of different types were selected as a number of model areas (such as offices, operating rooms, inventory, warehouses, and production areas), and the model types were fully covered to create a model area. The promotion team guided them on the spot, answered the confusions of employees in the promotion, and took the lead to demonstrate in person, set visual standards in stages, steps, and high standards, and work steadily. Driven by the demonstration team, Fuling Electric gradually set off a wave of 5S advancement.

5. The first battle was won, and the stage acceptance was successfully passed.

On October 29th, the company's 5S promotion group organized several officers to participate in the first stage of acceptance. Through a short period of half a month, great changes have been made, and the manifestation of various results has greatly inspired the morale of Fuling people. To better review the achievements brought by the Fulin Lean Journey, complete the summary of past experience, sort out the results of advancement, the Fulin Lean Management Promotion Project Team carefully summarized and carefully prepared. Through the promotion of Lean 5S management project, Fuling Company has achieved remarkable results, and the face of the factory has changed dramatically. The great changes and outstanding results have been widely recognized by employees and customers.

In the 5S promotion process, from top to bottom, from leaders to employees, everyone did a lot of work, sacrificed personal rest time, was very hard and tired, and put a lot of effort and sweat, but at the same time everyone also felt generally There has been a fundamental change in the face of Fuling. In particular, some employees did not understand and passively do 5S when they started to promote it, and gradually realized and recognized it now, and then gradually felt the benefits brought by 5S management. This overflight transformation is commendable.

Lean management has only a starting point and no end point. Through the introduction and promotion of Lean 5S management, the Lean concept has taken root and sprouted in the hearts of Fuling people, and is constantly improving.
